Owner John R. Kittle specializes in designing plans for custom homes, home additions, single room or complete home remodels, garage plans, kitchen and bathroom plans and has also designed several small commercial project plans in Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim and surrounding communities. He started his career designing homes for two reputable design/build companies before starting his own design firm Design Depot Inc. in 1997. With more than 40 years in design and construction, John has a very clear understanding of how important and crucial the drawings are for each project. He can custom design your project to fit your property or lot no matter how easy or difficult. John works closely with your building contractor and suppliers to ensure that everything in the project is not only structural, but will meet or exceed all current zoning and local construction codes.
